Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver

Shifts: 3-Rotating Shift Pattern (AM, PM, Nights)

Are you an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver looking for a new opportunity? Join a well-established, fast-paced warehouse operation in Birmingham where your skills and reliability will be highly valued.
Shift Pattern (Full-Time, Ongoing Role):
* AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
* PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
* Night Shift: 10:00pm - 6:00am
Applicants must be flexible to work all three shifts on a rotating basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate a Counterbalance FLT
* Load/unload goods from vehicles and racking systems
* Move stock and pallets around the warehouse
* Perform pre-operation checks and report any faults
* Support general warehouse duties when required
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures and site rules
Requirements:
Valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and good attention to detail
Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
