HR Advisor | Multi-Site Role | South West | Company Vehicle
Arden White Aviation, Aerospace & Automotive Recruitment are partnered with Heritage Automotive to recruit a proactive and experienced HR Advisor supporting multiple dealership locations across Dorchester, Gloucester, Salisbury, and Yeovil. You will visit these sites and support in-person when needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional looking to step into a varied, people-focused role within a growing automotive group, where youll play a key part in supporting managers and driving positive employee experience.
The Role
* Act as the first point of contact for managers on all HR matters
* Provide practical, hands-on HR advice and support across multiple sites (Shaftesbury is a central point between most sites)
* Partner with managers to support performance, employee relations, and change management
* Support delivery of HR projects and initiatives
* Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure consistent HR practices
* Travel between dealership sites as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar role
* CIPD Level 3 (minimum)
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee relations
* Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence managers
* Proactive, hands-on approach
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Right to work in the UK
Package
* £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
* Company vehicle + business mileage
