Position Overview
Responsible for supporting work‑based learning for Health Care Support Workers (HCSW) across NHS Grampian, coordinating and delivering an enhanced HCSW induction and clinical skills pathways.
Responsibilities
* Support coordination and delivery of HCSW induction and clinical skills pathways.
* Work in partnership with the existing Practice Education team.
Requirements
* Extensive experience as a Health Care Support Worker.
* Proven interest and experience in education, training or professional development.
* Education to SCQF Level 7 or equivalent.
* Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and TURAS Learn.
* Full UK driving licence; travel across Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire essential.
