About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning within the classroom. You will work with pupils in a one-to-one setting, small groups, or alongside the class teacher to create a positive learning environment. Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant : Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging lessons. Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum and achieving learning goals. Work with children on a one-to-one or small group basis. Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive participation. Prepare learning resources and contribute to classroom activities. Promote a safe and supportive learning environment. Teaching Assistant (TA) Requirements: CACHE Level 2 or 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance, or equivalent qualification (desirable but not mandatory). Previous experience working with children in a classroom environment. Strong communication and organisational skills. A patient, enthusiastic, and supportive approach.
