We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in caring for, supporting and inspiring our children, encouraging curiosity and helping them thrive every day.
Hours: 42.5 per week (8.5 hours per day excluding a 45 minute unpaid break)

About Our Nursery
Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Market Harborough is a purpose‑built nursery and preschool located over two floors. We incorporate the Hygge approach throughout our rooms and offer opportunities for children to use their imagination and curiosity through play.
Playrooms and Outdoor Spaces
We have five newly decorated playrooms, each with age‑appropriate resources and activities. Each room has its own garden space, and the nursery also boasts a large outdoor area with a fixed climbing frame, slide, mud kitchen, sandbox and an investigation garden for preschoolers.
Ofsted Rating
Our holistic dedication has resulted in a 'Good' Ofsted report and we are continuously working to provide excellent childcare and education.
Location
Kiddi Caru Market Harborough Day Nursery and Preschool is conveniently situated on the Bowden Business Village just off the A6, Harborough Road, near the McDonalds roundabout, on the edge of Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Public transport via Bus 44 stop or ample parking are available.
Responsibilities
* Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
* Support and supervise playroom staff with their day‑to‑day duties
* Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
* Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
* Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
* Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
* Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
* Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers
