What your day might look like

As a Care Assistant, you ll:
Build positive, trusting relationships with the individuals you support Help with daily routines, personal care, and developing life skills Support independence through activities, outings, and community involvement Celebrate progress big and small every step of the way Take part in fun, engaging experiences like train rides, trampoline parks, and local trips Work closely with your team to provide consistent, person:centred care
You ll also support with:
Record keeping and care notes Meal preparation and light housekeeping Creating a warm, welcoming, home:like environment
