Hours: Full Time - 37 hours per week
Location: The service encourages flexible working and is open to flexible working options. The role will be based at Service Headquarters, Salisbury with the flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices and we would welcome a conversation with the successful candidate on what type of flexible working arrangement will work best for you. There will be a requirement to attend your base location approximately 2 days a week for key activities and meetings

As a Programmes and Performance Administrator in our Service Improvement department you will:
1. Provide administration and coordination assistance as directed for internal and external performance reporting and programmes
2. Maintain and coordinate the project register ensuring it captures a clear understanding of the projects and business cases across the Service
3. Register new projects and business case requests and provide documentation and support for their completion, to ensure they process efficiently. Complete appropriate checks on templates and supporting documents and plan in approval points
4. Complete quality assurance checks of publications, documents, reports and presentations, providing full attention to detail, resolving formatting, spelling and grammar issues to ensure professionalism
What makes you our ideal Programmes and Performance Administrator?
5. An NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent experience (or working towards)
6. Previous relevant experience in a similar role carrying out a range of administration tasks and working with managers within all levels of an organisation
7. Experience of using databases, recording, and collating data to support delivery
