Responsibilities
* Tests, calibrates/validates electronic or analytical instruments, products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy.
* Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company.
* Interprets customer requirements and potential needs to meet customer satisfaction goals.
* Assignments are diverse and are business or technically oriented.
* Tasks involve specialized technical expertise and knowledge.
* Problems are non-standard or one of a kind, requiring new or customized solutions.
Qualifications
* Associate degree, higher education, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Relevant experience in calibration, testing, or related technical fields.
* Proven experience working within ISO 17025 and UKAS-accredited environments.
* Strong technical proficiency across a broad range of equipment types.
* Ability to approach complex, non-standard problems with innovative and practical solutions.
* Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
