The Role As Events Manager, you will take ownership of delivering seamless, high-quality events for up to 200 guests often overseeing multiple events running concurrently. Youll be the driving force behind ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly, from initial enquiry through to the final farewell.
Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate a wide range of events up to 200 guests.
Oversee multiple events simultaneously, ensuring smooth delivery across all spaces.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and communication.
Work closely with FOH, BOH, and operational teams to ensure alignment and quality.
Create accurate function sheets, schedules, and event briefs.
Manage budgets, timelines, and logistical planning.
Support the sales and marketing team with proposals, show-arounds, and client meetings.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards.
About You Previous experience in hotel events management or a similar hospitality role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events under pressure.
A confident communicator who builds rapport easily with clients and colleagues.
