PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful, growing distribution organisation based in Coventry with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a small generalist HR team.This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3 days office and 2 days home per week
Job Description
Reporting to a HR Director and working alongside a HR Business Partner, this HR Advisor role will support a growing staff base with the full people life-cycle. This will include but not limited to:
3. Provide support with employee relations casework
4. Coach and up skill line manager to deal with people matters
5. Support with recruitment and on boarding
6. Support the HR Director and HRBP with a wide range of HR projects and initiative
7. Liaise with external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies and L&D providers
8. Guide and advice on HR policies and procedures
9. Support with all other generalist HR matters

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisory capacity
