Project Details
1. Industrial and logistics developments – factories, warehouses, access roads.
2. Representing the developer (client side).
3. Flexible working; office-based 4 days a week, with site visits as required.
Responsibilities and Duties
4. Manage the delivery of industrial development projects from inception to completion.
5. Lead coordination between the client, design team, contractors, and stakeholders.
6. Provide robust project governance, ensuring time, budget, and quality targets are met.
7. Oversee procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
8. Monitor progress on-site and resolve issues proactively.
Desired Skills and Experience
9. Around 7+ years’ client project management experience is expected.
10. Industrial/warehouse development experience strongly preferred.
11. Proven track record of working on behalf of developers or client-side.
12. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
13. Degree qualified in construction/project management or related discipline.
14. Chartered (RICS, CIOB, APM) advantageous.
