Improve the relevance, clarity, and usability of reward features to drive customer engagement. Analyse customer behaviour, reward usage, and drop-off points to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with marketing, UX/UI, data, and engineering teams to refine the end-to-end rewards experience. Gather customer insights through research, feedback, and testing to inform product decisions. Work with partnerships and commercial teams to help expand and refine the perks ecosystem.
