1. Maintain discipline and standards, whilst nurturing the social and moral development of OCdts. 2. Assist the PSI/SPSI in the supervision of the successful execution of the Commanding Officer’s Training Directive, monitoring the quality of activity training and maintaining high standards throughout. 3. Assist, and where necessary, providing the detailed co-ordination of imaginative and challenging training programmes. This may include the booking of ranges and training areas, land clearances and bids for other training resources. 4. Subsidiary tasks may include, Trauma Risk Management (TRiM), Equality Diversion Inclusion Advisor (EDIA), and assisting the Safety Health and Environment (SHE). 5. Assist in the delivery and execution of Adventurous Trg and Sporting events. 6. All other duties particular to the unit as directed by the Executive Officer (XO). 7. Act as a role model of the British Army’s values, standards and ethos.
