Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire & Remote
Firm: Chambers Financial Solutions Ltd
Salary: OTE in excess of £65,000 + pa
Qualifications: CeMAP or equivalent
Desired: CAS Necessary but not essential
Experience: 1-2 Year Experienced Necessary

We are based in Leeds City Centre, with over a decade experience in the financial industry, now looking for individuals to join our team as a self-employed Mortgage & Protection Advisers.

We offer all our advisors the ability to advise on all the above permission areas with the necessary training provided to maintain competence including upskilling without the need of a packager or master broker.
With the ability to advise on multiple permission areas, this has removed the need to outsource or refer your clients creating a better client engagement and financial journey for the client.
The Role:
·Identify the customers’ financial needs and advise them on the best products that suit their requirements, ensuring the best outcome for the client by completing a detailed fact find to gather the necessary information for the basis of your advice.
·Ensure clients understand the products and services offered and guide them through their financial journey.
·Complete customer interviews by appointments, both face to face, on-demand and make recommendations that meet the client’s needs and requirements.
· Look for opportunities to attract new customers and professionals.
·Utilising our vast network of training and development opportunities to maintain CPD and maintain FCA requirements.
·Deliver a professional and credible service and ensure your knowledge is always up to date by maintaining regular CPD and competence
Who we are looking for?
·Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets desirable
·knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and the mortgage application process desirable
·Familiarity with protection products, including life insurance critical illness cover & income protection Desirable
·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, enabling accurate assessments of client needs and mortgage affordability
·CeMAP or equivalent essential
· CAS desirable but not Essential
·The ability to pass fit and proper Essential
