The Role
* Welcoming patients and delivering outstanding customer service
* Conducting screening eye health checks
* Facilitating a seamless transition to the optometrist
* Dispensing glasses and offering guidance on lens and frame selections
* Adjusting and repairing spectacles
* Instructing on contact lens handling and care
* Assisting with general administrative tasks
