Salary Range:
£29,432 - £32,286
What Will You Be Doing?
As an Employment Specialist, you will support clients facing serious mental health challenges and other significant life difficulties. While you will receive comprehensive training and support, it's essential to be aware of the potential impact this work may have on your own mental wellbeing.

Key Qualifications:
* Strong understanding of the support needs of individuals with mental health conditions.
* Experience in health or social care settings.
* Knowledge of evidence-based employment models, particularly Individual Placement and Support (IPS).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
* Organized and outcome-driven, with experience in diary management and meeting tight deadlines.
* Commitment to policies such as Health & Safety, Data Protection, and Equality & Diversity.
* Dynamic, empathetic, and self-motivated, valuing the role of employment in mental health recovery.
* Competence in assessing client needs and maintaining accurate casework records using Microsoft Office and relevant databases.
* Willingness to travel across the designated London Borough and engage in ongoing professional development.
