HYBRID: 3 XS PER WEEK

REQUIRED: Please live within a commutable driving distance to the Greater Boston Area.

CONTRACT: HOURLY W2 OR C2C

Role Summary: Support the Product Owner in translating business needs and requirements into actionable user stories. Collaborate with key stakeholders, assist in planning and delivering strategic initiatives on the Salesforce CRM system used by the Commercial organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Salesforce, as well as in the MedTech space.


Responsibilities

* Understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the build team
* Conduct interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions to gather detailed business requirements.
* Build use cases, write, manage, and clarify user stories, visualizations, and process flows.
* Explain how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint and drive/improve user experience.
* Communicate vision and business requirements to developers and testers, ensuring alignment on functionality and expectations.
* Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing test scripts, coordinating testing efforts, tracking defects, and collecting feedback.
* Document confirmed business processes to serve as a reference for development and IT support.
* Support architectural designs in defining data models, UI/UX, workflows, integrations, and delivery approaches.
* Monitor implementation risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing roadblocks.
* Assist in project planning, timeline tracking, and coordination of key stakeholders.
* Support and conduct demos for stakeholders and end-users to validate functionality, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
* Collaborate with business teams to define measurable project success criteria and proactively track post-launch outcomes to achieve the expected business value.
* Assist in change management, enablement, and adoption of the application by providing documentation and training.
* Help manage dependencies with other teams, working closely with squad TPOs, BPOs, and peer PAs
* Understands portfolio of IT systems that the business uses; may specialize in specific applications.


General Domain Expertise

* Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology, and supporting industry principles
* Experience gathering requirements and translating them into a product vision by leveraging their expertise in product development, engineering, and UX
* Deep understanding of business/processes and a high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
* Experienced in tracking project timelines and managing deliverables.
* Experienced in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration
* Knowledgeable in user-centered designs
* Knowledgeable in agile methodology
* Extensive advanced experience in Salesforce configuration and understanding of configuration limits
* Ability to design high-level conceptual solutions and estimate T-Shirt Size effort with little business requirements on the spot when in conversations with business stakeholders
* Ability to manage expectations upfront with business partners based on experience of capabilities and limitations of Salesforce code and configuration.

Maintenance Cycles – Run Demand (10%)

* Support backlog maintenance and grooming.
* Support estimation and prioritization
* Support requirement gathering and refinement
* Review user stories, designs, and solutions.
* Support stakeholder communication and coordination
* Support developers and QA by addressing questions and issues.
* Participate in standups.


Support (5%)

* Address help desk tickets.
* Investigate issues, including meeting with end-users to understand problems.
* Resolve issues by clarifying or working with development teams.
* Communicate resolutions effectively.
* Respond to ad-hoc requests.
* Provide support for reports and dashboards.


Qualifications

* 8 years of experience.
