Pay rate: £48,000 - £53,000 per annum + bonus structure with the potential to earn up to £8,500

Essential requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
* At least 2 years' experience relevant to residential care of children within the last 5 years.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Applicants must be over 21 due to industry regulations.
