Required as soon as possible Reference: 8308 Hadleigh Community Primary School are looking for a Midday Supervisor to expand our lunchtime team and seek committed and motivated people to join our friendly team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our pupils have a safe, happy, and well-supervised lunch break. Key Responsibilities: Supervision: Monitor pupils in the dining hall, playgrounds, or classrooms during "wet play". Safety and Wellbeing: Maintain the safety and welfare of children, following all safeguarding procedures. Full training on First Aid and Safeguarding will be given upon starting the role. Support: Assist children with eating, encourage good table manners, and facilitate positive playground games. Inclusion: Provide a supportive environment for all children, including those with Special Educational Needs. You will: have a calm, patient, and positive manner with children be a reliable team player with excellent communication skills be proactive and able to use their initiative to manage minor playground conflicts understand the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding.
