They’re looking for a Founding AI Engineer to join the team, helping shape the product, technology, and AI strategy from day one. This is a rare opportunity to have a direct impact on the business, working closely with the founders and leadership team.
What You’ll Do:
* Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models powering the core platform.
* Create scalable AI infrastructure, data pipelines, and deployment workflows.
* Collaborate with product and engineering to turn business problems into AI solutions.
* Experiment with the latest AI techniques to innovate and deliver real-world impact.
* Mentor future AI/ML hires as the team grows.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in AI/ML, ideally from a startup or high-growth scaleup environment.
* Expert in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
* Experience deploying AI models in production, preferably in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
* Entrepreneurial mindset – able to make technical decisions in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable collaborating directly with founders.
* Experience with LLMs, generative AI, recommendation systems, or similar.
* Previous early-stage or founding experience.
* AI applied to enterprise software, fintech, or analytics.
