Key responsibilities:
1. Operate automatic assembly equipment and manually & automatically assemble products.
2. Comply with all relevant Health, Safety, Environmental & COSHH requirements.
3. Complete First off quality samples and maintain quality documentation.
4. Ensure the efficient running of assembly equipment.
5. Feed components and replenish materials for assembly and packing processes.
6. Support waste reduction initiatives actively.
Once fully trained, you will be proficient in labeling, packing, hand loading parts, quality checking products, and progressing to learn First Off Inspections and operate additional automatic equipment.
Key skills and qualifications:
* Experience with Quality documentation and Process Running Documents to ensure correct and quality production while adhering to safety standards.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
* Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
* Keen to learn and build a long-term career, not just a job.
