The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a close-knit, high-performing team delivering a wide range of £1m-£100m projects across the commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, hospitality, residential, and retail sectors.
You will gain hands‑on experience in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employer's Agent, and Bank Monitoring services, while receiving day‑to‑day mentorship from MRICS professionals. With the Brighton office set to double in size, there's strong potential for rapid progression and increasing responsibility.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
* A Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree
* Ideally 1+ years of UK Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
* Placement year, internship, work experience etc
* Basic pre & post contract experience
* A valid UK driving licence & Local to Brighton or willing to relocate
