HGV Class 2 Day Driver
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Birmingham, Aston, WEST MIDLANDS.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.
Shifts:
* Monday - Friday: start times between 03:00 and 06:00

* £16.00 per hour

Day to Day Duties:
Your duties as a HGV Class 2 Driver will involve but not be limited to:
1. Store Deliveries which will involve handballing
2. Operate and drive various Category C vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations
3. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
4. Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly
5. Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
6. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
7. Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management
8. Assist with loaded and unloading of cargo as needed
9. Use of electric or manual pump truck
