Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders are seeking a Property Management Administrator to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Manchester. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for our tenants and landlords, assisting them with inquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring a smooth process throughout the tenancy from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity
* Booking of property visits
* Corresponding with customers via both phone and email
* Data entry – both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office
* Inputting data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard
* Photocopying, scanning, and filing
* Running errands within and outside of the office
* Taking and transcribing meeting minutes
What Are We Looking For:
* Excellent communication, written and verbal
* Professional telephone manner
* Organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
* Full UK Driving License Required
