You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, supporting pupils in achieving academic and personal success, and working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff. Strong classroom management and a child-centred approach are essential. As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will be: Plan, deliver, and assess effective lessons across the primary curriculum across Key Stage 1 & 2 Provide differentiated instruction to meet individual learning needs Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment Monitor pupil progress and provide regular feedback to stakeholders Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leaders Support wider school initiatives, activities, and events Promote a strong safeguarding culture and uphold all school policies Primary Teacher Candidate Requirements: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised UK qualification Have a thorough understanding of the primary national curriculum Recent teaching experience in a UK primary school is desirable Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills Be committed to continuous professional development and pupil wellbeing Hold an updated CV and an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one) Why Join GSL Education?
