Responsible for the development and delivery of funded change programmes.
1. Plan, initiate and manage programme activities, including setting direction for SO2, SO3 and civilian team staff.
2. Stakeholder management, including supporting functions and organisations.
3. Oversee the development of artefacts, mandates and business cases for project work strands.
4. Liaison with D Prog teams and industry for Prog/Proj dependencies and capability development.
5. Inform and support Working Groups and Programme Boards.
6. Manage programme budgets both in year and future years.
7. Identify programme risks, develop mitigation measures, and track risk trends.
