Applications are sought from Building Manager who have prior experience in:
Responsibilities
* Perform regular quality inspections/site walk arounds.
* Delivering excellent customer service to tenants, visitors and contractors.
* Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
* Maintaining all building compliance records, reporting changes/requirements.
* Monitor building performance, proactively identifying maintenance or operational improvements.
* Supervise contractors to ensure work is safe and to standard.
* Drafting and updating emergency plans, and evacuation procedures.
Qualifications
* Held a similar position (FM/Building Management).
* IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications desirable.
* Presently living in the United Kingdom.
