Aim of the Deputy Head Housekeeper
To assist and support the Executive Head Housekeeper maintaining the high standards in the Housekeeping department.
Responsibilities of the Deputy Head Housekeeper
* Be confident in deputising for the Head Housekeeper in their absence
* Take ownership of answering day to day issues relating to room queries via both email and telephone
* To organise the daily room cleaning schedules and rots for all teams
* Able to prioritise workload effectively and ability to work in a busy environment
* Strive to provide 5 star service to all guests whilst maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness at all times
* Work under pressure to ensure the monitoring of standards for all of our suites and luxury Treehouses
Deputy Head Housekeeper - About you
* Have previous experience in a similar position ideally within a 4 or 5 star hotel or equivalent
* Experience in managing a large team and lead from the front
* Have excellent training and communication skills within a managerial environment
* You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and will be well presented
