Senior Social Content Strategist

We’re hiring a Senior Social Content Strategist to join a fast-growing, social-first publisher that has built a global audience through high-volume, short-form video across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
What you’ll do
* Define the short-form content strategy across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
* Use performance data to identify high-performing formats, themes and storytelling approaches
* Work closely with founders, editors and producers to shape content before it’s created
* Develop repeatable content formats that can scale output and audience growth
* Monitor platform trends and translate them into actionable content ideas
* Provide clear direction on hooks, pacing, structure and retention
* Manage revenue strategy across all channels
What we’re looking for
* Experience within a digital publisher, social media company or creator-led business
* Proven track record of shaping content strategy, not just executing
* Strong understanding of short-form video performance (watch time, retention, sharing)
* Experience working closely with creative and production teams
* Operating at Senior Manager or Lead level, with ownership over content direction
This role is best suited to someone who understands how social content businesses grow including how content performs, scales and contributes to wider commercial and financial goals.
