We are on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Millers Home retail store!
As Assistant Store Manager, you will be achievement-oriented, customer-focused, and have a passion for providing positive encouragement to help lead and support the retail team.
Your key responsibilities in this full-time role will include:
* Supporting the Store Manager with key responsibilities including store operations, onboarding/training new team members, and role-modeling our values every day.
* Sunday to Thursday roster
* Collaborating with peers across the business to think of creative and engaging retail solutions.
* Rolling up your sleeves, getting involved, and providing amazing customer experiences!
We are looking for someone with a strong background in retail.
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role, but you may also just have a passion for retail and be looking to take that next step in your career.
Most important will be your customer mindset, ability to positively influence, as well as your strong ability to prioritize workloads and focus on continuous improvement.
