Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join a boutique, high-calibre London-based property consultancy specialising in ultra-luxury residential developments. This is a unique opportunity to lead super-prime projects, ranging from bespoke London townhouses and countryside estates to globally iconic holiday homes across Europe, the Middle East, and Mexico.
You will take ownership of large-scale, design-driven residential developments, working with world-class architects, designers, contractors, and high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of residential projects across all phases (from feasibility, planning, procurement, RIBA Stages through construction to completion)
* Act as the client representative, managing consultant teams (architects, engineers, interior designers, QS, etc.) and contractor relationships
* Develop, monitor, and control project programme, budget, cashflow, and risk; provide regular reporting to stakeholders
* Implement and maintain high standards of quality, ensuring design intent is translated into delivery with the luxury finish required
* Manage procurement and tendering, negotiate contracts, and oversee variation management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
* Travel internationally as required to support overseas projects
Person Specification / Requirements
Essential:
* Proven experience (typically 8+ years) managing high-end / super-prime residential projects
* Demonstrable track record on international and UK-based luxury residential developments
* Strong commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation
* Excellent understanding of project lifecycle, including procurement, design coordination, and construction delivery
* Exceptional stakeholder and client-facing skills; able to balance design ambition with commercial realism
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asta, or equivalent)
* Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
* Willingness to travel internationally
