Responsibilities

* Provide detailed product information and advice to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience

* Maintain visual merchandising standards to attract customer attention
* Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
* Manage stock levels, organise stock displays, and replenish shelves as needed
* Handle customer enquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette
* Assist in organising promotional events and store layouts
* Support team members with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning
Skills
* Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts
* Effective time management to prioritise tasks during busy periods
* Demonstrated merchandising abilities to enhance product presentation

* Professional phone etiquette when dealing with customer enquiries or follow-ups
