Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Gas Engineer to join a growing team.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out day-to-day repairs
* Fault finding
* Completing annual servicing visits
* Meeting first‑time fix targets
* Maintaining high‑quality standards
* Focusing on customer satisfaction
* Attending jobs on time and notifying the contact centre or customer of any delays
Qualifications
* Valid ACS and other relevant gas qualifications
* Full UK driving licence (with minimal penalty points)
* Experience within social housing (desirable but not essential)
* Proven experience delivering high levels of customer service
* The ability to work with a diverse customer base
