A home, not just a service
Our Glamis House Supported Living service supports adults with physical and learning disabilities to live their lives their way. We’re a relaxed, supportive, people-focused service where every day is different – from helping someone achieve a new personal goal to celebrating milestones together.
This is a full-time role, with flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. You’ll also take part in our on‑call system to ensure the smooth running of the service.
We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the needs of the service and you.

What you'll do
* Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person‑centred care
* Organise rotas and ensure the right staffing levels at all times
* Support with training, development, and supervision of staff
* Work alongside customers to achieve their goals and promote independence
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
* Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
* Step in to provide hands‑on care and administer medication when needed
What helps you shine here
* Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting
* A relevant qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent)
* Good communication, organisational, and leadership skills
* A warm, supportive, and motivating approach to working with others
* Willingness to work flexibly and take part in the on‑call rota
