Senior Account Manager – Leading UK VAR - Healthcare

We’re working with a highly successful Value-Added Reseller (VAR) that’s continuing to grow across its key verticals, and they’re now looking to hire an experienced Senior Account Manager to focus on expanding their footprint within the Healthcare sector.

The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing and growing key relationships across the healthcare space. You’ll identify new opportunities, manage existing accounts, and collaborate closely with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.


You’ll be responsible for:

* Building and expanding relationships across NHS Trusts and private healthcare organisations.
* Managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Developing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
* Working with internal solution specialists and vendors to deliver value‑led proposals.
* Leading on bids, tenders, and framework opportunities within healthcare.


About You

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has a proven track record in IT sales or account management, ideally within a VAR or MSP environment.
* Brings experience working with healthcare or public sector clients.
* Understands how to sell complex IT solutions — from infrastructure and cloud to managed services and security.
* Is commercially sharp, consultative, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
* Thrives in an environment where initiative, ownership, and results are rewarded.
