As Projects Officer, you will be responsible for leading data analysis, mapping community needs, and supporting EQuIPs strategic initiatives to address inequality. You will also support funding applications and assist with research to ensure that the organisations activities are evidence-based and meet the needs of local communities. Your key responsibilities will include: Data Analysis & Reporting: Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to identify trends and gaps in services, and producing reports that guide decision-making and policy development. Research & Funding Support : Conducting research to inform funding applications and supporting the development of evidence-based proposals. Community Mapping & Needs Assessment: Identifying and mapping community needs, working with partners to gather insights, and producing community profiles that inform service delivery. Internal Data Collection & Reporting: Assisting with the development and implementation of internal systems for data collection and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely monitoring of activities. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with external partners and stakeholders to share insights, strengthen relationships, and support community-led initiatives.
