Requirements
* Admitted (or due to be this year) in the UK, Ireland or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).
* Two year training contract (or equivalent) completed with a good commercial law firm.
* At least one corporate seat; M&A experience an advantage.
* Strong academics (minimum 2.1 and distinction in LPC).
