Full time: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
About the role
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of customers, including both SME businesses and Levy clients. You will focus on expanding our existing client base and advising employers on available government funding and grants for skills development.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in account management, with a good understanding of apprenticeships and government-funded training, who excels in exceeding customer expectations and building long-term partnerships.

1. Engage and secure new employer clients through cross-selling techniques.
2. Build and manage a pipeline of activities, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local, regional, and national skills agendas.
