The Role: We are seeking an experienced, confident Barista with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy café or hospitality environment. You will be responsible for crafting a wide range of beverages to the highest standards, maintaining a clean and vibrant bar area, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting day-to-day operations with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a full menu of coffees, teas, and specialty drinks with consistency and attention to detail. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness throughout the bar area. Perform daily coffee machine cleaning and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all customers. Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly. Manage stock levels, assist with inventory control, and ensure the bar area is fully stocked and organised. Support a positive and collaborative team environment, helping to create an atmosphere where customers and colleagues feel valued and welcomed. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts.
