Business Analyst - TOM / Operating Model
Our client is a well known market leading organisation in their sector who are looking for a Business Analyst to join them on a 6 month contract. You'll be working on a programme to define a new target operating model for one of their core departments. You'll be responsible for capturing and defining their current operating landscape and business processes, then working with the business to shape their future state and carry out gap analysis between the two.
You must have previous experience as a Business Analyst working on significant TOM / Target Operating Model programmes in a complex environment. You'll have outstanding business process mapping experience, TOM design experience and fantastic stakeholder management experience.
You'll need to travel to the West Midlands 1 day per week.
