About The Role
Days of Working: three on three off, with a mixture of early mornings and late shifts.
Introduction and overall purpose of the role: To supervise all staff on shift, control the day-to-day operation by allocating Customer Care Agents to various jobs, ensure the ramp team processes PRM passengers efficiently, and plan ahead for smooth airport operations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ensure proper use of AvTech System.
* Communicate effectively with staff.
* Allocate agents to services in line with SLA.
* Assist in transferring passengers using various equipment.
* Liaise with airport, airline, handling agents, and regulatory bodies.
* Ensure staff use Avtech tablets correctly; report non-compliance.
* Process Electric Mobility Aids timely for Ramp Team.
* Liaise with Duty Manager on operational issues.
* Project a positive image of the operation.
* Work with Host to correctly categorize PRM passengers.
* Fairly allocate staff.
* Serve all flights on time within SLA.
* Handle absence paperwork accurately.
* Ensure staff are contactable via radio, phone, and tablets.
* Respond professionally to telephone inquiries.
* Follow uniform standards.
* Coach staff and identify training needs.
* Perform other tasks as directed by management.
Health & Safety Accountabilities:
Maintain safety communication, reflect positively on the company's safety image, attend safety training, maintain equipment, and supervise work activities.
Requirements:
* Full Driving Licence (Desired)
* Relevant professional qualifications
* Experience in customer service, health & safety, airport environment, staff supervision, etc.
