Your new role Leading the team, the conduit between production and maintenance team, plan projects and identify improvement. You will be 'on the shop floor' as a management style, available to give advice, troubleshoot and delegate to the team throughout the day. Reporting to an Engineering Manager who also knows the site very well and will support and lead on projects. What you'll need to succeed Production maintenance leadership as a supervisor or manager, ability to be hands on if required and clear ability to lead and develop people.
