Job Summary

Decormax Limited are a leading supplier of decorative surfaces and due to growth, We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support to the directors and sales team. This position requires proficiency in various office software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

* Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and order input.
* Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documents are organised and easily accessible.
* Process invoices and manage financial records using QuickBooks.
* Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
* Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
* Implement organisational systems to improve office efficiency.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Familiarity with general office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

We require someone Monday - Friday, working
