As a Social Worker in our Assessment Team, you will:
* Carry out statutory single assessments in line with legislative and local policy frameworks.
* Work closely with children, young people, and their families to understand their needs and ensure the right support is in place.
* Build effective partnerships with professionals across education, health, police, and the voluntary sector.
* Apply your professional judgement to assess risk, promote safeguarding, and drive forward child-centred plans.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
* Solid experience in statutory children’s services, particularly assessment or frontline roles.
* Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
* A confident and compassionate approach to working with families and multidisciplinary partners.
