To hold a case load, cases will be held short term. To monitor, prioritise and review your case load. To adhere to council policies. To complete assessments under the Care Act 2014. To complete formal mental capacity assessments when required. Respond to statutory and non-statutory safeguarding concerns. To give information and advice and signpost to other agencies/ services. To work within a small social work team and support other colleagues. To attend team meetings and any appropriate training. To network with other professionals and multi-agency working. To be confident in working with people living with risk and be flexible, resilient and creative.
