Responsibilities
* Lead and develop our inspiring parent-and-child (early-years) programme
* Plan and deliver weekly sessions for infants and toddlers, focusing on play, rhythm, crafts, and storytelling
* Support parents as they learn more about Waldorf principles and responsive caregiving
* Build warm, inclusive relationships with families
* Design seasonal festivals and community events
Qualifications
* Experience in Steiner/Waldorf early childhood practice and group facilitation
* Child development knowledge and a creative, nurturing approach
* Strong communication and organisational skills
