Assistant Park Manager – Food & Beverage Focus

Do you love fast-paced environments, great food, and creating WOW moments for guests? Our leading family leisure destination is looking for an energetic Assistant Park Manager with strong Food & Beverage experience to help lead the fun.
You’ll lead from the front—coaching, inspiring, and energising your teams to deliver outstanding service at every touchpoint of the guest journey. From the first smile to the last bite, you’ll help create an atmosphere that’s welcoming, inclusive, and bursting with fun.
You’ll be a true brand ambassador: commercial, creative, curious, and brave, always looking for ways to raise standards, delight guests, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the Park Manager team, own the day-to-day F&B operation, and inspire teams to deliver brilliant service from open to close.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and motivate kitchen and front-of-house teams
* Deliver top-quality food, service, and guest experiences
* Manage GP%, stock, ordering, and wastage
* Be visible on the park, engaging with guests and your team
* Ensure health, safety, food hygiene, and compliance standards are always met
What You’ll Bring
* 2+ years’ F&B management experience (leisure or hospitality ideal)
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for great service
* A positive, energetic, can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and organisation
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 desirable)
