The role provides leadership to Scrum Masters, manages cross‑team dependencies, and acts as a point of escalation for delivery risks and issues.
1. Embed and evolve agile and product management maturity, particularly across complex enterprise platforms such as SAP and Salesforce, while providing clear delivery insight and assurance to senior and executive stakeholders
2. Engage with Product Owners and stakeholders to support effective product delivery
3. Champion continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and coaching
Skills and experiences:
4. Comprehensive experience managing and mentoring Scrum Masters to drive high-performing agile teams in a large and complex organisation
5. Significant experience in unblocking impediments and resolving dependencies in large corporate environments
6. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and serve cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments
7. Strong proficiency with agile management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
8. Proven experience delivering agile initiatives within enterprise platforms such as SAP and Salesforce
9. Proven ability to align agile delivery practices with governance and release processes in SAP and Salesforce ecosystems

22. Effective 1st April role salary is £66,721 with an additional policy allowance of £12,977 per annum (rising to £70,233 with an additional policy allowance of £13,660 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
