Job Description
Key Responsibilities for HR Advisor:
3. Building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure understanding of policies and procedures
4. Dealing and advising on a wide range of ER cases including absence, conduct, capability and grievances
5. Delivering training sessions on HR related topics
6. Drafting up invites, outcomes and supporting with note taking where required
7. Analysing people data around attrition, recruitment and sickness
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor will need to have:
8. CIPD
9. Excellent communication and literacy skills
10. Experience within a HR generalist role
11. Experience in coaching and advising at a management level
