Risk & Best Practice Manager - Bath Fantastic opportunity to join a Risk & Best Practice team at a top 100 law firm where you will be reporting into the Senior Risk & Best Practice Lawyer. The role: Advising partners and staff on a wide range of compliance issues from ethics and professional standards to data protection and conflicts of interest Leading and delivering risk and compliance projects with confidence and clarity Collaborating with divisional and business leads on new initiatives, ensuring compliance is built in from the start Monitoring and interpreting regulatory changes, keeping the firm ahead of the curve Creating and delivering tailored training programmes across divisions Drafting and updating policies, bulletins, and precedent documents Producing and analysing compliance data to drive process improvements Coaching junior team members What we're looking for: Extensive experience of working in risk and compliance in a law firm Strong technical knowledge of SRA Standards & Regulations, GDPR, AML, and complaints handling process Excellent communication, analytical and report-writing skills A proactive mindset and attention to detail This is more than just a compliance role.
